I have been involved with Hands on Healing for 8 years. I have worked with Hands on Healing, Reiki and Cranio-Sacral Therapies, taught and practiced Yoga and Meditation for over 15 years. I am a Reiki Master teacher and I have created a warm, secure and peaceful environment where clients are treated with the utmost respect and caring.I am open, cheerful, positive, and non-judgmental. What is Bowen?

Let the moon light shine upon you at the end of the day,
Preparing you to rest for the night you will lay, in the evening of the full moon,
Release old thoughts & you will find soon,
That new ideas will soon rise,
tired old truths will show they are just lies,
Soak up the beauty of the stars so bright,
The answers to your questions – will all come out right,
The stars are there to heighten are awareness, you know,
Give it a chance, you’ll feel the energy flow,
New wisdom & blessings will come to a new height,
Your dreams will be peaceful as many ideas will take flight,
Mother nature know we also need the sun to be at our best,
Make it early or late day & minimize the rest,
High noon take to the shade & leave off the sun screen,
By following these words, your mind will be quite keen,
Eat local live food, with a variety of color,
Your body & soul will be like a satisfied lover,
Keep reading & learning natural ways to good health,
You will find this will bring a new inner wealth,
Let your intuition, your gut, be your guide,
Life will follow with a pleasant ride!
